Antalya full day tour is full of history and natural beauty. During the day, Antalya Old City where called "Kaleici", Kursunlu Watefalls with its nature wonder park and the best preserved Roman amphitheatre Aspendos will be visited.
Our first visit will be to Aspendos which was one of the most important cities of Pamphylia and was the original name of the Antalya region. Aspendos theatre is one of the best preserved Roman Amphitheatre on the Asian continent. Built into a steep hillside and big enough to host 15000 people, this vast semicircular edifice was used to stage plays in second century A.D. It's perfect acoustics means that it is still used today for operas and ballet festivals. After visiting the amphitheatre you can experience the amazing engineering of the city's high aqueduct
Kursunlu waterfalls comes next; a winding pathway allows you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of natural plants and trees with the sound of the river and fallls which are just magical. There are plenty of viewing points along the way with a bench to sit and catch your breath. It is different than most waterfalls with its 4 mini waterfalls and one big one.
We finish the day with Kaleici, the old town which is located in the city centre near the marina. The old city is one of the jewels of the Turkish coast, led your guide lead you down its cobbled lanes, admiring the wooden-balconied houses and the Roman walls. The Kaleiçi area is located in the centre-eastern portion of the city along the mediterranean coast fronted by the yacht harbour that dates to the Roman era.The name Kaleiçi means "Inside the Kale" or "Inner Kale" (Kale itself means castle or fortress). You will get some time to explore the old town and to do some shopping.
